What To Do If Your Red Light Alarm Turns On:
STEP 1: Don't Panic. It usually isn't an emergency. There are various reasons our alarm has sounded/light has activated.
STEP 2: Silence the alarm with the switch on the control panel.
STEP 3: Contact us at 719-505-6821 to schedule a service call with our office. We will make a work order for the next available business day. If we are closed (after hours, weekends or holidays) leave a voicemail or send a text to this number. If you are unable to call or text, you may email us at matt@avercontracting.com.
STEP 4: During this time, you as the homeowner need to reduce all non-essential water usage. Don't wait days to report red light alarms!
